Thanks for replying to our email. This page explains what Signal Workflows does, who it’s for, and what happens if you decide to talk with us. It takes about three minutes to read.
Who this is for
Owners and managers of small B2B businesses, usually with fewer than 20 people, who suspect email could be doing more for them. Maybe you have a list of past customers and leads you rarely write to. Maybe new inquiries get one reply and then nothing, because nobody has time to follow up. Or maybe your emails end up in spam and you’re not sure why.
What we do
Our main focus is email marketing that keeps working in the background:
- Reaching the inbox: we set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, the records that tell mail providers your emails really come from you, and we clean up your list.
- Follow-ups that happen on their own: a welcome for new contacts, a short sequence for leads who haven’t decided yet, and a note to customers who have gone quiet.
- A newsletter worth opening: a simple monthly rhythm, written from your real work.
- Consent done properly: your emails go to people who have opted in, and unsubscribing takes one click. We don’t buy or rent lists.
Email rarely stands alone, so we also help with two related things:
- Workflow automation: connecting the tools you already use, so a new lead lands in your CRM and gets a reply and a follow-up without anyone copying details between systems.
- Practical AI: using AI where it saves real time, such as drafting replies or sorting incoming email, with a person checking anything that goes out under your name.
Who you’d be working with
Signal Workflows is a small, founder-led studio in Nordfjordeid, Norway, run by Jakob Leivdal Haavik. We’re building the company step by step, and we’re open about that. You talk with the person who designs and builds the work, not a sales team, and everything happens remotely, over video and email.
The first conversation
It starts with a free 30-minute video conversation with Jakob. Talking costs you nothing, and there’s no obligation to work together afterward.
We’ll ask how you handle email and leads today: what you send, who you follow up with, and where things slip through the cracks. We’ll look at the tools you already use. There’s no sales script and nothing to prepare, though it helps to have one task in mind that eats up time every week.
What you leave with
You leave with at least one concrete idea you can act on, whether or not we work together. It might be a specific email sequence, a fix for deliverability, or one manual step that could run on its own. If it makes sense to go further, we’ll explain how we’d approach it and what the next step would be. If it doesn’t, the idea is still yours.
Your next step
If this sounds useful, explore your options. You can tell us a little about your business and suggest a few times that suit you, and we’ll reply within one working day.
