Do you build custom AI models?
No. We don’t train or fine-tune custom large language models. We use proven models from established providers and focus on data, prompts, workflows and integration, which is where almost all the business value is.
Is our data safe?
We choose providers and settings that don’t use your data to train public models, keep personal data to a minimum, and document the data flow. Our own platforms are hosted in the EU.
Will customers know they are talking to AI?
Yes. Whenever an AI assistant talks to your customers, we make sure it clearly says it is AI.
What are typical AI use cases for small businesses?
