SMS Terms

These SMS Terms govern text messages sent by Signal Workflows Haavik ENK (“Signal Workflows”, “we”, “us”) to recipients in the EU/EEA and the United States. For US recipients, our messaging follows carrier requirements for Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC messaging.
1. Program
Program name: Signal Workflows booking notifications Message types: confirmation of your booked call or meeting, reminders before it, and replies to your enquiry.
We don’t send marketing SMS. If we ever do, we will ask for separate, explicit consent first.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by ticking the optional SMS box on our booking form and giving your mobile number. The box is never pre-ticked. The consent text reads:
Yes, Signal Workflows may send me text messages about my booking: confirmations, reminders and replies to my enquiry. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We record the time, the page and the wording version of your consent.
3. Message frequency
Frequency varies with your booking. Typically 1–4 messages per booking.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We don’t charge for our messages.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work). You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To opt in again, tick the SMS box the next time you book, or reply START.

7. Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your phone number and consent are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We share them only with our SMS delivery provider, which sends the messages on our behalf.
