The problem
In a typical tandem paragliding club, every booking request goes to one administrator. That person forwards it to pilots, chases replies, relays messages and tracks payment. It works until the administrator is busy, on holiday or flying.
The solution
ClubAdmin removes the middle step. Requests go into a shared pool that every pilot can see. A pilot claims a request and owns it from there: they talk to the customer, agree the time and take payment, all inside the same platform.
The result
Customers get faster answers, pilots control their own schedules, and nobody has to act as a switchboard. ClubAdmin is live in production.
