Why Pulse exists

Small organisations often run on a patchwork: a CRM, a booking tool, a quoting tool, an invoicing system and a spreadsheet in between. Each one costs money, and none of them talk to each other. Pulse covers the whole loop from first contact to paid invoice in one system, with one shared database.

Configured per industry

Pulse is modular. We switch on the modules your industry needs and configure them around your workflow, so a booking-heavy activity business and a project-based service company each get a system that fits, built from the same core. Country packs handle local VAT, e-invoicing and reporting, starting with Norway.

Built and run by Signal Workflows

We build Pulse and host it in the EU. When you need something Pulse doesn’t do yet, our SaaS & custom software service extends it for you.

Frequently asked questions

What does “module-based” mean?

You only switch on the modules your business needs. A club might use booking and invoicing; a service company might use CRM, offers, orders and invoicing. Each module handles the advanced cases, and the screens hide the steps a simpler business doesn’t need.

Where is Pulse hosted?

Pulse is hosted in the EU.

When can we start using Pulse?

Pulse is being built now, starting with CRM, then offers, orders and invoicing. Each module goes through its own MVP and beta before full release. Sign up above and we’ll tell you when the modules you picked reach beta, so you can try them early.

Which industries is Pulse for?

We start in Norway with locksmiths and building security companies, where the full lead-to-ledger loop matters most. The core is industry-neutral, and each industry gets its own adjustments on top.

Can Pulse replace several tools we pay for today?

Often, yes. That’s the idea behind it. Tick the modules you’d need in the form above and tell us what you use today, and we’ll be honest about which tools Pulse can replace.
